YOGA HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER

Welcome to the first ever YogaBility hosted by Sports Performance! Taught by Dr. Nick Schroeder, one of the rockstar Physical Therapists. Join Team SP and Dr. Nick for an evening full of yoga, wine, and wisdom!

He will be teaching you how to improve mobility through Yoga. Did you know Dr. Nick went through a 250 hour Yoga training course at the prestigious Yoga Tree of San Francisco...and went to yoga school in India? He is a big believer that the BEST medicine is movement...and Team SP agrees!

WHY DO YOGABILITY? Are you lifting super heavy, running at lightning speed or squatting low? We have a bad habit of not breathing during a work out and, even worse, not warming up before or stretching after. Working out, playing sports and competing requires a great deal of mobility out of every joint in your body...especially hips, shoulder and ankles.  

Are you sitting slouched looking at a computer all day? Or do you have a labor intensive job that has you lifting and bending all day? Sometimes life puts us in fixed positions for long periods of time and our bodies start to become adjusted to those positions. We NEED to spend time in different positions.  

WHAT CAN YOU DO? This is where Dr. Nick comes in! He will be teaching safe, effective and efficient techniques for improving joint range of motion and muscle flexibility. He will be teaching multiple techniques. Why? Because every body is different and what works for one may not work for another.

The BEST yoga session ever begins at 6 PM! Join Dr. Nick for an hour and a half full of amazing yoga, awesome wine, and of course... all the WISDOM! We can't wait to see you there!
