*If you are not satisfied with the level of service during your session, one of our team members must be informed of the single session grievance at or before check-out on the same day as the service was provided. Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to individual sessions and does NOT apply to bundled services such as full treatment plans, multiple sessions within a package or programs, or memberships, and cannot be retroactively refunded. We do NOT offer refunds at any time for any service, including single sessions, treatment plans, programs, or memberships.
