Whether you are receiving physical therapy, massage therapy or performance training, your session will be tailored to your goals, your fitness level and your body. We will listen to your goals, assess your movement and posture, and create a customized plan to help achieve them quickly.
I don’t have pain. Can I still come to Sports Performance?
Yes. We do more than just addressing pain. If you’ve been struggling with any movement-related issue (running, swimming, etc), we can help. We are also able to help you with a “tune up” session prior to a competition or recover more quickly after a training session so that you’re feeling looser and ready to tackle whatever life gives you.
Do I have to be an athlete to get treated at Sports Performance?
No, you don’t have to be an athlete! We work with anyone who wants to feel better. The needs of an athlete and somebody who has never exercised before are similar, but differ in the degree of intensity, so we will meet you where you’re at to put together a plan that gets you back to doing whatever activity you’re passionate about.
