Chris Garcia is an exceptional physical therapist that consistently demonstrates critical thinking and dedication to athletes and the profession of physical therapy.
He addresses athletes from a whole-body perspective, avoiding tunnel-vision therapy and utilizing a broad-based, systematic approach to injury and injury prevention. Chris has been trained and has experience as a Physical Therapist at the highest levels, graduating from the Ohio State Sports Medicine Residency Program and working at the Olympic Training Center – Chula Vista.
He treats patients with evidence-based, integrated thinking to ensure athletes are managed effectively and efficiently in order to return them to play. Chris is able to easily function both autonomously and within a team.
I have been very fortunate to work and learn from Chris on several occasions at the Olympic Training Center and would recommend him to any athlete looking to both manage and avoid injury. Observing Chris’ dedication to improving the athlete’s performance and grow the profession of Physical Therapy is both refreshing and exciting. I give Chris my highest recommendations.
