3 Easy Steps To A Better Push Up

Do you have a hard time doing a push up? Do you want to get stronger but don’t know how? Here are three quick tips on how to master the push up.

  • Start and end the push up on your knees
  • Start the push up on your knees and end on your feet
  • Start the push up on your feet and end on your knee
  • Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions before progressing to the next stage. Enjoy the new results!
